Franco Palmucci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmondo Pani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rivalta's Franco Palmucci proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Rivalta from getting a goal against them. After 14 played minutes Rivalta got a freekick which was hit by Achille Chizzo. Nozarego FC's Domenico Rizzo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 15th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Franco Palmucci but with some difficulty. When Alberigo Giordano came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Rivalta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberigo Giordano couldn't finish the play. After 18 minutes, Arturo Bardella mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rivalta and the Nozarego FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Rivalta's Arturo Bardella got a free kick in the 18th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Anfilogino Signori notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Nozarego FC's Arturo De Lellis. Arturo De Lellis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 26 minutes, Anfilogino Signori managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rivalta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anfilogino Signori was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberigo Giordano in the 28th minute of play forced Nozarego FC's goalkeeper Arturo De Lellis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Anfilogino Signori managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rivalta's supporters rose to their feet, but Anfilogino Signori was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arturo De Lellis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Franco Palmucci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edoardo Bravo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rivalta's Franco Palmucci proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Rivalta from getting a goal against them. In the 37th minute, Edmondo Pani reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Franco Palmucci. The goal made the score 1-1. Arturo De Lellis came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Rivalta's Anfilogino Signori. But to his dismay, Anfilogino Signori quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Alberigo Giordano took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arturo De Lellis. Arturo De Lellis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The Nozarego FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rivalta were winning 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmondo Pani was the one to do the kick off. Alberigo Giordano struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Arturo De Lellis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rivalta. Anfilogino Signori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberigo Giordano struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Arturo De Lellis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rivalta. In the 64th minute, Dennis Barbanti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arturo De Lellis made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Alberigo Giordano sent off a good shot on target. Anfilogino Signori recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70th minute, Alberigo Giordano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Domenico Rizzo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Franco Palmucci. Rivalta's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Franco Palmucci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmondo Pani in the 74th minute of the match. Arturo De Lellis made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Alberigo Giordano sent off a good shot on target. Edoardo Bravo kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Nozarego FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniele Andreola came free, but Arturo De Lellis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberigo Giordano struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Arturo De Lellis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rivalta. Anfilogino Signori fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo De Lellis having to interfere. It was beautiful to see Nozarego FC's Domenico Rizzo in action when he in the 94th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After having played for 99 minutes, Anfilogino Signori managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rivalta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anfilogino Signori was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
