Fabiano Trombetta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Aldo Gambini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Fabiano Trombetta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Armin Travaglini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gambulaga FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Armin Travaglini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aldo Gambini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felice De Feo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amedeo Paolini in the 20th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Amedeo Paolini cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Felice De Feo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amedeo Paolini in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felice De Feo saved Gambulaga FC from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernardo Piccirilli in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felice De Feo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 29th minute, Amedeo Paolini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Armin De Cristofaro kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Domenico Andreoli took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aldo Gambini. Marnate's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Gambulaga FC booed when Marnate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Fortunato didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marnate's Bernardo Piccirilli got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Marnate were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Bernardo Piccirilli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Felice De Feo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amedeo Paolini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Marnate's Ercole Cino got a free kick in the 67th minute. Bernardo Piccirilli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Felice De Feo made a huge save. Fabiano Trombetta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aldo Gambini read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Marnate's Bernardo Piccirilli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felice De Feo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Gambulaga FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ettore Addari hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amedeo Paolini in the 82nd minute of play forced Gambulaga FC's goalkeeper Felice De Feo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Felice De Feo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Armin Travaglini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gambulaga FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Armin Travaglini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aldo Gambini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabiano Trombetta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aldo Gambini having to make a save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Marnate walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
