Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dino Di Nino kicked off to start the match. If Dino Di Nino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angelo Pelliccioni charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angelo Pelliccioni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Alessandria FC's Angelo Pelliccioni got a free kick in the 6th minute. After 8 minutes, Ferruccio Perilli made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Alessandria FC's Carter Corvi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 11 played minutes Tavernaro got a freekick which was hit by Domenico Troilo. Dino Di Nino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Carter Corvi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Federico Ruggieri kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Alberigo Arpaia was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 25th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Tavernaro's Ferruccio Perilli got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Dino Di Nino put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Carter Corvi. Alberigo Cicchetti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Amerigo Mozzoni made a huge save. Tavernaro's Amerigo Mozzoni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Corrado Ricciuti in the 39th minute of play. If Ferruccio Perilli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Corrado Ricciuti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Corrado Ricciuti made a kick off. Amerigo Mozzoni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Corrado Ricciuti in the 52nd minute of the match. Corrado Ricciuti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Amerigo Mozzoni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angelo Pelliccioni blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amerigo Mozzoni having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Tavernaro's zone, Alberigo Cicchetti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amerigo Mozzoni came out of the goal and Alberigo Cicchetti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Aldo Di Dio fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tavernaro's protests and gave Aldo Di Dio a yellow card for diving instead. After 64 played minutes Tavernaro got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Di Dio. Amerigo Mozzoni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corrado Ricciuti, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After 69 played minutes Tavernaro got a freekick which was hit by Domenico Troilo. In the 73rd minute, Corrado Ricciuti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amerigo Mozzoni was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Enzo Ceccarelli hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferruccio Perilli got free with Carter Corvi in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dino Di Nino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With his leg Carter Corvi managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when Tavernaro's Ferruccio Perilli fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Ferruccio Perilli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ferruccio Perilli came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Tavernaro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferruccio Perilli couldn't finish the play. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Dino Di Nino got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Alberigo Cicchetti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tavernaro's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
