Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cesare Mei took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the game, Achille Cicchetti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Luvinate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monte Grande FC the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 3rd minute of the game. One of Luvinate:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Monte Grande FC:s goal. Fulvio De Carolis made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Flavio Cavallo sent off a good shot on target. Flavio Cavallo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Camillo Pellecchia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Ciro Nobili ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florian Meo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 22 minutes, Felice Rucci mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Monte Grande FC and the Luvinate players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Luvinate booed when Monte Grande FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felice Rucci didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Luvinate's Emiliano Aquilino tried to score from far away in the 23rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Cesare Mei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 40 minutes, Cesare Mei made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Luvinate's Fulvio De Carolis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Camillo Pellecchia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Camillo Pellecchia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Florian Meo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fausto Di Battista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Cesare Mei's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fulvio De Carolis was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Dave Napoleone's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fulvio De Carolis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Cesare Mei blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fulvio De Carolis having to make a save. 74 minutes into the match, Camillo Pellecchia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Florian Meo, 2-2. Felice Rucci was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Monte Grande FC's Felice Rucci got a free kick in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camillo Pellecchia in the 79th minute of play forced Monte Grande FC's goalkeeper Florian Meo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camillo Pellecchia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Meo having to interfere. Luvinate's Fulvio De Carolis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Cavallo in the 95th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
