Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Amerigo Gallucci made the kick off which started today's match. Corrado Campana took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domenico Restaino. Domenico Restaino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Damiano Marziali kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Corrado Campana notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Calabrina's Domenico Restaino. Domenico Restaino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Calabrina getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Antonello Marcelli hit a great ball. Pavarolo FC's Corrado Campana got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Corrado Campana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Domenico Restaino having to make a save. Pavarolo FC's Fedele Pettinelli got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Corrado Campana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 28 minutes into the game, Ercole Sabatini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pavarolo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calabrina the free kick. In the 28th match minute, Pavarolo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ercole Sabatini to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute, Anfilogino Mantini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Corrado Campana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domenico Restaino having to interfere. If Corrado Campana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domenico Restaino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fedele Pettinelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Pavarolo FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
If Amerigo Gallucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Fedele Pettinelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Corrado Campana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Domenico Restaino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Calabrina's goal looked a bit too open when Fedele Pettinelli came free, but Domenico Restaino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pavarolo FC's Fedele Pettinelli managed to work through Calabrina's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Fedele Pettinelli dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 70 minutes into the game, Calabrina's Anfilogino Mantini nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ferdinando Ciaccia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 76th minute, Pavarolo FC's Fedele Pettinelli ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Domenico Restaino. Domenico Restaino yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. A collision led to Calabrina getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Dennis Felli hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fedele Pettinelli in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domenico Restaino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amerigo Gallucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinando Ciaccia having to interfere. Pavarolo FC played a much better game than Calabrina and deserved their victory. The Calabrina players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
