Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fedele Pettinelli kicked off to start the match. Gazzo FC's Bianco Di Vito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fedele Pettinelli in the 6th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Fulvio Leggeri notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Pavarolo FC's Ferdinando Ciaccia. Ferdinando Ciaccia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bianco Di Vito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Corrado Campana in the 17th minute. After a rather tough play, Gazzo FC's Bruno Di Berardino got a free kick in the 17th minute. When Corrado Campana came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Pavarolo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Corrado Campana couldn't finish the play. 21 minutes into the match, Gazzo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fedele Pettinelli came free, but Bianco Di Vito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bianco Di Vito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fedele Pettinelli in the 22nd minute of the match. A collision led to Gazzo FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Fulvio Leggeri hit a great ball. After 26 minutes of play, Gazzo FC's Adriano Cellucci made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ferdinando Ciaccia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fedele Pettinelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Corrado Campana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 40 minutes, Armando Schiavo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gazzo FC and the Pavarolo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Armando Schiavo hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Bianco Di Vito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedele Pettinelli in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Adriano Cellucci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Pavarolo FC's zone, Adriano Cellucci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ferdinando Ciaccia came out of the goal and Adriano Cellucci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Corrado Campana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fulvio Leggeri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bianco Di Vito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Corrado Campana's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. 58 minutes in the game, Fulvio Leggeri fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ferdinando Ciaccia having to interfere. Achille Ferraro hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Fedele Pettinelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bianco Di Vito having to interfere. Pavarolo FC's Ferdinando Ciaccia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulvio Leggeri in the 73rd minute of play. Pavarolo FC's Corrado Campana got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Pavarolo FC booed when Gazzo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Di Berardino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adriano Cellucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinando Ciaccia having to interfere. Adriano Cellucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 91 played minutes Gazzo FC got a freekick which was hit by Alvise Zarillo. In the 93rd minute Corrado Campana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bianco Di Vito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Corrado Campana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bianco Di Vito having to interfere. Gazzo FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
