The Lungafame AFC fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when Lungafame AFC's Carter Guerra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lungafame AFC's Edoardo Mangione played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrea Persichetti in the 13th minute of play. Angelo Tuzzolino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Cavallaro in the 19th minute of the match. Vito's Andrea Persichetti got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andrea Persichetti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edoardo Mangione having to interfere. Cristiano Ferretti kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. After having played for 33 minutes, Andrea Persichetti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrea Persichetti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Lungafame AFC's zone, Andrea Persichetti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edoardo Mangione came out of the goal and Andrea Persichetti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute, Frank Totaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vito's Andrea Persichetti got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vito's Carmine Brini got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Vito booed when Lungafame AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armin Giandomenico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carmine Brini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Edoardo Mangione made a huge save.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carter Guerra to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Arturo Cavallaro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lungafame AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Cavallaro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelo Tuzzolino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Angelo Tuzzolino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carter Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Carter Guerra struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Angelo Tuzzolino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lungafame AFC. In the 62nd minute, Vito's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Carter Guerra fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Carmine Brini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Edoardo Mangione tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute of the match Armin Giandomenico shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angelo Tuzzolino showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Angelo Tuzzolino made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Arturo Cavallaro sent off a good shot on target. Arturo Cavallaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Tuzzolino having to interfere. If Andrea Persichetti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Vito booed when Lungafame AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuele Tesone didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edoardo Mangione showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrea Persichetti in the 89th minute of the match. Arturo Cavallaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Angelo Tuzzolino made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Andrea Persichetti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vito's supporters rose to their feet, but Andrea Persichetti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edoardo Mangione breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Lungafame AFC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Emilio Pari hit a great ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Lungafame AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
