Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fulvio Di Paola got the match started through his kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fulvio Di Paola in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emanuele Nardi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edmondo Evangelista kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. If Edoardo Rotondi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francesco Briano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anthony Fagnani having to interfere. Emanuele Nardi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesare Fortunato in the 17th minute of the match. Adriano Olivieri hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sacconago's zone, Francesco Briano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anthony Fagnani came out of the goal and Francesco Briano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 33rdth minute of the game Fulvio Di Paola who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marling's Emanuele Nardi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Fulvio Di Paola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuele Nardi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulvio Di Paola, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edoardo Rotondi to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Marling got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Caroselli. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 53rd minute, but Emanuele Nardi got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Marling hanging dry this time. 59 minutes into the game, Francesco Briano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Anthony Fagnani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anthony Fagnani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francesco Briano in the 67th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Cesare Fortunato managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sacconago's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesare Fortunato was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuele Nardi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cesare Fortunato might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emanuele Nardi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cesare Fortunato ran back to his position shaking his head. Antonello Chiarelli kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Sacconago's Fabiano Vitullo tried to score from far away in the 79th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Antonio Caroselli got his second yellow card in the match during the 81st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Marling getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Antonio Caroselli hit a great ball. If Cesare Fortunato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fulvio Di Paola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuele Nardi having to interfere. After 93 played minutes Sacconago got a freekick which was hit by Edmondo Evangelista. Fabiano Vitullo hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Marling's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
