Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Amos Di Luca got the match started through his kick off. Frank Pomponio came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Città di Montagna's Cesare Iezzi. But to his dismay, Cesare Iezzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Frank Pomponio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesare Iezzi in the 11th minute of play. Cesare Iezzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Pomponio having to interfere. 16 minutes into the game, Amedeo Addari cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Frank Pomponio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cesare Cericola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armin Moretti in the 20th minute. Frank Pomponio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesare Iezzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elia Colasante during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Elia Colasante hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the game, Città di Montagna's Ferdinando Manna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Frank Pomponio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 42 minutes of play, Città di Montagna's Amedeo Addari made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frank Pomponio was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Villa Cheloni players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Città di Montagna were winning 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amedeo Addari to strike the kick off in the second half. Frank Pomponio was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Amedeo Addari capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Amedeo Addari really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. Ferdinando Manna might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Frank Pomponio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ferdinando Manna ran back to his position shaking his head. Frank Pomponio didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 59th minute, which inside left pole to 0-7. The Città di Montagna fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Città di Montagna's Amedeo Addari looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Amedeo Addari who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Frank Pomponio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Alessio Bottega's late challenge caught a Città di Montagna's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alessio Bottega helped the player get up and apologised. Frank Pomponio stood somewhat misplaced when Amedeo Addari came free in front of goal and shot 0-9 to the left of him in the 73 minute. Frank Pomponio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesare Iezzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After 80 minutes, Amedeo Addari made it 0-10 with a short kick to the right side. Villa Cheloni's Frank Pomponio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Frank Pomponio made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Amedeo Addari sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesare Iezzi in the 97th minute of play forced Villa Cheloni's goalkeeper Frank Pomponio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
