Ermanno Di Natale scored 0-8 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dario De Lorenzi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aurelio Dossena received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dario De Lorenzi came out and tried to block the shot, but Aurelio Dossena slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 84th minute. Ermanno Di Natale could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Dario De Lorenzi made a huge save. The Cesena AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC SPORTING GENZANO were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
