Eugenio Sardella made an important save on a dangerous shot by Biagio Mannella in the 3rd minute. Eugenio Sardella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Martorella in the 5th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Quinzano defense, Andrea Cerri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alberto Cordone. The Quinzano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alberto Cordone should have stopped the shot. In the 12th minute, Biagio Mannella ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugenio Sardella was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 16 minutes of play, Quinzano's Biagio Mannella made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eugenio Sardella was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Quinzano getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Attilio Bravo hit a great ball. Biagio Mannella's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Eugenio Sardella firmly grabbed it by the left post. Arturo Bontempi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrea Cerri in the 31st minute of play forced Quinzano's goalkeeper Alberto Cordone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrea Cerri struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Alberto Cordone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Casalotti. Casalotti's Eugenio Sardella proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Casalotti from getting a goal against them. Andrea Cerri took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alberto Cordone. Alberto Cordone dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 45 minutes into the match, Casalotti's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Martorella came free, but Eugenio Sardella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bruno Martorella made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Casalotti's goal looked a bit too open when Biagio Mannella came free, but Eugenio Sardella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Cordone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Bontempi, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After 60 played minutes Casalotti got a freekick which was hit by Demetrio Caneva. Eugenio Sardella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Biagio Mannella in the 62nd minute of play. Bruno Martorella received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Eugenio Sardella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Martorella in the 67th minute of play forced Casalotti's goalkeeper Eugenio Sardella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Biagio Mannella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 71 minutes of play, Quinzano's Attilio Bravo made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Biagio Mannella in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugenio Sardella prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eugenio Sardella showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Biagio Mannella, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 86 minutes into the game, Attilio Bravo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Eugenio Sardella was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Casalotti booed when Quinzano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrea Petroni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andrea Cerri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Andrea Cerri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quinzano were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Casalotti for a fine match.
