The crowd rose to their feet as el che guevara's Domenico Di Lillo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Beppe Pavlu. That made the score 3-0 after 17 minutes of play. Jorg Stercks hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in el che guevara's zone, Fabiano Grifoni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beppe Sciarra came out of the goal and Fabiano Grifoni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Torre A Mare's Cristiano Di Virgilio got a free kick in the 22nd minute. With a little luck, Torre A Mare's Beppe Pavlu got control of the ball when Jorg Stercks tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Jorg Stercks took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Beppe Pavlu to make any attempt to save it. Jorg Stercks might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Beppe Pavlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jorg Stercks ran back to his position shaking his head. After 36 minutes of play el che guevara's Ettore Soccio was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Ettore Soccio hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the match, el che guevara's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Grifoni came free, but Beppe Sciarra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Domenico Di Lillo came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the el che guevara fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Domenico Di Lillo couldn't finish the play. Beppe Pavlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domenico Di Lillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. In the 46th minute, Domenico Di Lillo made a precise shot to the right of Beppe Pavlu. Torre A Mare's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Domenico Di Lillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Domenico Di Lillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Beppe Pavlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Domenico Di Lillo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 54th minute, Domenico Di Lillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The el che guevara fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Domenico Di Lillo struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Beppe Pavlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for el che guevara. Domenico Di Lillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Beppe Pavlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Joost Verweijen made a precise shot to the right of Beppe Pavlu. Torre A Mare's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. el che guevara's Joost Verweijen got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, el che guevara's Alex Potenza got a free kick in the 75th minute. The supporters of el che guevara booed when Torre A Mare was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Mastrocola didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 87 minutes of play, el che guevara's Joost Verweijen made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Beppe Pavlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fabiano Grifoni came free with the goalkeeper in the 92nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Beppe Sciarra could save by the left post. Amerigo Palone's late challenge caught a Torre A Mare's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amerigo Palone helped the player get up and apologised. After 94 played minutes el che guevara got a freekick which was hit by Amerigo Palone.
