Fado AFC's Biagio Cauli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Ascenzi in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermanno Arioli in the 22nd minute of play forced Fado AFC's goalkeeper Biagio Cauli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Anselmo Ascenzi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Juventus FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Juventus FC's Anselmo Ascenzi in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Juventus FC's Daniele Aquilino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Juventus FC from getting a goal against them. Daniele Aquilino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felice Ceccon in the 33rd minute of play. Biagio Cauli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anselmo Ascenzi went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Fado AFC defense, Anselmo Ascenzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Biagio Cauli. The Fado AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Biagio Cauli should have stopped the shot. After the first half Juventus FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anselmo Ascenzi to make the kick off. Anselmo Ascenzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Juventus FC booed when Fado AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edoardo Cappucci didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Fado AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Ascenzi came free, but Biagio Cauli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 61 played minutes, Juventus FC's Carlo Pietrangelo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Biagio Cauli came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Juventus FC reached it. Fado AFC's Biagio Cauli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Ascenzi in the 62nd minute of play. After 63 played minutes Juventus FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlo Pietrangelo. Biagio Cauli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ermanno Arioli, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Edoardo Cappucci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fado AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juventus FC the free kick. In the 69th match minute, Fado AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edoardo Cappucci to maneuver through the defense. Biagio Cauli was a little too slow when Anselmo Ascenzi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 0-4. With an all-out effort, Juventus FC's Biagio Cauli threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ermanno Arioli, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Anselmo Ascenzi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Biagio Cauli skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Donato Di Mario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Biagio Cauli made a huge save. The Juventus FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Juventus FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
