In the 5thth minute of the game Anfilogino Costantino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paggi FC's Cristiano Allemandi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 16th minute, Anfilogino Costantino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Paggi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fedele Pesce came free, but Cristiano Allemandi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristiano Allemandi came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Saima FC's Anfilogino Costantino. But to his dismay, Anfilogino Costantino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Cristiano Allemandi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anfilogino Costantino in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Anfilogino Costantino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristiano Allemandi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Khairil Chuan's late challenge caught a Paggi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Khairil Chuan helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Alessandro Tacco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saima FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alessandro Tacco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristiano Allemandi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Anfilogino Costantino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristiano Allemandi was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Paggi FC defense, Edmondo Di Felice kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristiano Allemandi. The Paggi FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristiano Allemandi should have stopped the shot. 43 minutes into the match, Edmondo Di Felice notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Paggi FC's Cristiano Allemandi. Cristiano Allemandi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The audience was convinced that Anfilogino Costantino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristiano Allemandi was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. In the 81st minute, Anfilogino Costantino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cristiano Allemandi. The goal made the score 0-5. Comunardo Cantagallo charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Comunardo Cantagallo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Paggi FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Comunardo Cantagallo hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, Alessandro Tacco fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cristiano Allemandi, passed just outside the right post. Cristiano Allemandi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anfilogino Costantino, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Paggi FC's Cristiano Allemandi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Paggi FC from getting a goal against them. The Paggi FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Saima FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
