After a defensive mix-up in Sambruson's zone, Claudio Maurizi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dario Tornese came out of the goal and Claudio Maurizi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claudio Maurizi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Dario Tornese tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Felice Sampo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dario Tornese showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Maurizi, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. A collision led to Sambruson getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Ferdinando Reggianini hit a great ball. When San Vito's Armin Toschi in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sambruson's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Armin Toschi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dario Tornese was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Bianco Di Virgilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emiliano Belfiore, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Sambruson's goalkeeper Dario Tornese had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudio Maurizi. Emiliano Belfiore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Belfiore in the 93rd minute of play forced San Vito's goalkeeper Bianco Di Virgilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded San Vito left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sambruson.
