In the 8th minute Eljas Meltoranta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Di Dio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugenio Di Giovanni scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enzo Di Dio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 17 minutes into the game, Fausto Caccia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tekken F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mystics the free kick. If Eljas Meltoranta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Tekken F.C.'s zone, Eljas Meltoranta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enzo Di Dio came out of the goal and Eljas Meltoranta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Tekken F.C.'s Amos Fulgenzi got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Eugenio Di Giovanni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Tekken F.C.'s Fausto Caccia got a free kick in the 39th minute. After some careless play in the Mystics defense, Arturo Trasatti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Martorella. Enzo Di Dio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Enzo Di Dio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Di Giovanni in the 66th minute of play. When Fabiano Coscarella fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tekken F.C.'s protests and gave Fabiano Coscarella a yellow card for diving instead. After 68 played minutes Tekken F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Fabiano Coscarella. Eljas Meltoranta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eljas Meltoranta in the 71st minute of play forced Tekken F.C.'s goalkeeper Enzo Di Dio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mystics's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
