That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrea Bisegna in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmondo Melani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Alfonso Del Monte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lisciano FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfonso Del Monte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edmondo Melani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. tigertem's Edmondo Melani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrea Bisegna in the 22nd minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Luciano was the one to do the kick off.
