If Edmondo Molinari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. Severino Meira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Osorio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, japanium's Edmondo Molinari got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Ercole Trombetta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Maggi in the 65th minute of play. Stratos Papandreou made a great header on Grugliasco's corner, it was just that japanium's Severino Meira managed to reach the ball for a save. Alberigo Verna kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Grugliasco's Alessio Di Cicco was substituted for Mariano Osorio. After a rather tough play, Grugliasco's Alberigo Verna got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes into the match, Grugliasco's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Treglia came free, but Ercole Trombetta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Severino Meira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. japanium's Cristiano Bontempi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Felipe Quinteros, made in the 91st minute of the game. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
