Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Martyon Brading started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Armin Fulgenzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Attilio Marzoli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 吕凌天 in the 8th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Attilio Malvezzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Martyon Brading could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Ciccio Pili made a huge save. The audience was convinced that 吕凌天's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Attilio Marzoli was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Attilio Marzoli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Attilio Malvezzi in the 16th minute of play. Attilio Malvezzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Pol. San Giorgio getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Dario Porro hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, Verbano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Attilio Malvezzi came free, but Attilio Marzoli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Verbano FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dario Porro was slow to take the kick. During this time Pol. San Giorgio's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Enrico Simeoni heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 吕凌天 in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Attilio Marzoli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ciccio Pili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Cavallaro in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute 吕凌天 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Attilio Marzoli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute, 吕凌天 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pol. San Giorgio fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Attilio Malvezzi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Ennio Maccarone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute Pol. San Giorgio were awarded a corner. Dario Porro went to the cornerflag to take it. Enrico Simeoni was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If 吕凌天 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Verbano FC's Martyon Brading in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pol. San Giorgio's goalie prevented a goal. 65 minutes into the game, 吕凌天 lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Attilio Marzoli. After 67 played minutes Pol. San Giorgio got a freekick which was hit by Attilio Malvezzi. If Armin Fulgenzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Emilio Lauri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Verbano FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emilio Lauri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciccio Pili breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pol. San Giorgio's Antonello Albertosi was substituted for Enrico Simeoni. 吕凌天 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute Martyon Brading shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciccio Pili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pol. San Giorgio's Ciccio Pili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Lauri in the 83rd minute of play. With a little luck, Verbano FC's Attilio Marzoli got control of the ball when Antonello Albertosi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Verbano FC's Otto Grunt got a free kick in the 89th minute. Attilio Marzoli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Attilio Malvezzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Pol. San Giorgio's Ciccio Pili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Cavallaro in the 91st minute of play. Verbano FC's Attilio Marzoli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonello Albertosi in the 92nd minute of play. The Pol. San Giorgio players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
