István Borbás made an important save on a dangerous shot by Szilárd Dénes in the 7th minute. After 15 minutes, Henrik Mátyás mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cserháthaláp AC and the Kacorlak VSC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 14th minute of the game. One of Cserháthaláp AC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kacorlak VSC:s goal. Ábel Kovács walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Csaba Veress sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. István Borbás made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ede Vásárhelyi in the 23rd minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, Cserháthaláp AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emánuel Demeter to maneuver through the defense. Botond Barabás made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jónás Sárosi in the 41st minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Cserháthaláp AC's goal looked a bit too open when Ede Vásárhelyi came free, but István Borbás reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Csaba Veress was the one to do the kick off. In the 78th minute Csaba Veress shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Botond Barabás saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Cserháthaláp AC's goal looked a bit too open when Szilárd Dénes came free, but István Borbás reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. During the 87th minute of the match Emánuel Demeter completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Emánuel Demeter a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 89thth minute of the game Szilárd Dénes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cserháthaláp AC's István Borbás was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Ede Vásárhelyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cserháthaláp AC's goalkeeper István Borbás, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kacorlak VSC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cserháthaláp AC for a fine match.
