Róbert Ludas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sándor Tóth in the 5th minute of the match. Viktor Vass received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Rudolf Zentay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 11 played minutes Körösszakál got a freekick which was hit by Konstantin Sági. 15 minutes into the match, Konstantin Sági had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Róbert Ludas. Benny FC Szegvár's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Konstantin Sági was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Rudolf Zentay made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Daniel Gitano sent off a good shot on target. Alfréd Kásás hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, Daniel Gitano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 23rd minute, Viktor Vass made a precise shot to the right of Rudolf Zentay. Körösszakál's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Vass in the 30th minute of play forced Körösszakál's goalkeeper Rudolf Zentay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Roland Bányay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sándor Tóth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Róbert Ludas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sándor Tóth in the 36th minute of the match. After having played for 39 minutes, Daniel Gitano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Benny FC Szegvár's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Gitano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Körösszakál's Mátyás Bogdán got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 45th minute Alfréd Kásás shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Róbert Ludas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 1-2 became the score in the 46th minute when Sándor Tóth elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Daniel Gitano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute Viktor Vass shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudolf Zentay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Körösszakál getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Sándor Tóth hit a great ball. Róbert Ludas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vendel Boda in the 61st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Daniel Gitano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Benny FC Szegvár's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Gitano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rudolf Zentay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Körösszakál getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Alfréd Kásás hit a great ball. Benny FC Szegvár's Róbert Ludas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Benny FC Szegvár from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Körösszakál's zone, Daniel Gitano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rudolf Zentay came out of the goal and Daniel Gitano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 99 minutes into the match, Körösszakál's goal looked a bit too open when Csaba Bódi came free, but Rudolf Zentay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Benny FC Szegvár supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Körösszakál's performance. The match ended with a win for Körösszakál.
