Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Kéked TC's János Sallay started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the game, Mihály Lantos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kóny's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kéked TC the free kick. The supporters of Kéked TC booed when Kóny was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihály Lantos didn't get a good kick on the ball. József Kállay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rudolf Markos, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After 9 played minutes Kéked TC got a freekick which was hit by Sándor Illés. József Kállay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rudolf Markos in the 11th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Rudolf Markos notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Kéked TC's József Kállay. József Kállay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Gusztáv Koós managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kéked TC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gusztáv Koós was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Géza Murai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. János Sallay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sándor Illés charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sándor Illés the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 29 played minutes Kéked TC got a freekick which was hit by Sándor Illés. Mihály Lantos was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 30th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kóny's goalkeeper Géza Murai, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Kristóf Csizmadia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rudolf Markos made a kick off. János Sallay struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Géza Murai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kéked TC. Géza Murai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from János Sallay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. János Sallay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Géza Murai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kéked TC's Lajos Radics got a free kick in the 59th minute. If János Sallay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Géza Murai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from János Takács in the 71st minute of the match. If János Sallay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Rudolf Markos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but József Kállay was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. If Kristóf Csizmadia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kóny's Rudolf Markos got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Kéked TC's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolf Markos came free, but József Kállay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Kóny's goal looked a bit too open when János Sallay came free, but Géza Murai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kóny eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
