Zsombor Puskás made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Ágoston Veres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norbert Kállai having to interfere. Ágoston Veres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bulcsú Kinizsi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Zsombor Puskás when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Baltasar Jago hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Zsombor Puskás made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Bulcsú Kinizsi sent off a good shot on target. BMTE's Ágoston Veres got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Lukács Lencse fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kacorlak TC's protests and gave Lukács Lencse a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Kacorlak TC's Lukács Lencse got a free kick in the 20th minute. If Ágoston Veres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Lukács Lencse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 30th match minute, BMTE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by György Somlyai to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that György Somlyai's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Norbert Kállai was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Norbert Kállai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from György Somlyai, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. György Somlyai was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Bulcsú Kinizsi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gergely Vályogos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norbert Kállai didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 58th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. György Somlyai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Norbert Kállai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ágoston Veres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. A collision led to BMTE getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. István Győri hit a great ball. Norbert Kállai made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Ágoston Veres sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute, BMTE's György Somlyai ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Norbert Kállai. Norbert Kállai yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. 82 minutes into the match, Bulcsú Kinizsi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zsombor Puskás. BMTE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bulcsú Kinizsi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Ágoston Veres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Norbert Kállai made a huge save. Ágoston Veres struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Norbert Kállai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BMTE. After a rather tough play, BMTE's Baltasar Jago got a free kick in the 96th minute.
