Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 6th minute Péter Dénes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Endre Fehér saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Méhtelek FC's Vilmos Császár got a free kick in the 7th minute. Béla Szívós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Lajos Páncsics tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lajos Páncsics showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Béla Szívós, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 14th minute, Péter Dénes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Endre Fehér. The goal made the score 1-0. If Béla Szívós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sándor Bodor fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Méhtelek FC's protests and gave Sándor Bodor a yellow card for diving instead. Sándor Bodor kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After having played for 29 minutes, Béla Szívós managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tordas SI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Béla Szívós was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Méhtelek FC's Vilmos Császár got a free kick in the 30th minute. Béla Szívós struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Lajos Páncsics didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tordas SI. 32 minutes into the match, Pál Szabadi notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Méhtelek FC's Lajos Páncsics. Lajos Páncsics was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ferenc Fekete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Endre Fehér tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Béla Szívós was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Tordas SI's goal looked a bit too open when Péter Dénes came free, but Endre Fehér reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Béla Szívós had several of the Méhtelek FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 58 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Lajos Páncsics as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Sándor Bodor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Endre Fehér didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ferenc Fekete went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Béla Szívós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Lajos Páncsics tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pál Szabadi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 81 played minutes Méhtelek FC got a freekick which was hit by Sándor Bodor. When Béla Szívós came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Tordas SI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Béla Szívós couldn't finish the play. Lajos Páncsics was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Béla Szívós showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 87 minute of play. The supporters of Méhtelek FC booed when Tordas SI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dávid Hudák didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tordas SI's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
