Márk Kun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 7th match minute, Monostorapáti SE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zsolt Mihály to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the game, Benedek Buday cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Alfréd Zarka was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richárd Pál in the 16th minute of play forced Monostorapáti SE's goalkeeper Alfréd Zarka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 played minutes Monostorapáti SE got a freekick which was hit by Bálint Boros. The supporters of Hercegkút booed when Monostorapáti SE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zsolt Mihály didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Imre Borbás during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Márk Kun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 38 played minutes Monostorapáti SE got a freekick which was hit by Zsolt Mihály. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Ábel Szűcs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monostorapáti SE's supporters rose to their feet, but Ábel Szűcs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfréd Iványi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Márk Kun in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfréd Iványi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Imre Borbás to make the kick off. Alfréd Iványi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Márk Kun in the 53rd minute. Árpád Sámuel charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Árpád Sámuel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 54 played minutes Monostorapáti SE got a freekick which was hit by Árpád Sámuel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Géza Irmai in the 57th minute of play forced Monostorapáti SE's goalkeeper Alfréd Zarka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Monostorapáti SE's Alfréd Zarka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richárd Pál in the 63rd minute of play. Mátyás Vida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antal Hámori hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, Imre Borbás hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ábel Földi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alfréd Zarka. Monostorapáti SE's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Márk Kun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfréd Iványi having to interfere. László Bacsó kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Alfréd Iványi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Márk Kun showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 91 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richárd Pál in the 95th minute of play forced Monostorapáti SE's goalkeeper Alfréd Zarka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
