One of Tardona SE:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Campobasso FC:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbert Pálinkás in the 28th minute of play forced Campobasso FC's goalkeeper Levente Havasi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Róbert Pálinkás fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Levente Havasi having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Tardona SE's Róbert Pálinkás sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Levente Havasi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Patrik Tököli fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Campobasso FC's protests and gave Patrik Tököli a yellow card for diving instead. Kornél Gáspár showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Bencsik in the 41st minute of the match. Rafael Bencsik scored 0-2 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kornél Gáspár, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 48th minute, Róbert Pálinkás got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Róbert Pálinkás was the one to do the kick off. Géza Nagy kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Géza Nagy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Antal Erőss in the 61st minute really tested Kornél Gáspár's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. A collision led to Tardona SE getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Géza Nagy hit a great ball. If Ágoston Tököli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 70 minutes of play Tardona SE's Géza Nagy was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Géza Nagy hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ágoston Tököli got free with Kornél Gáspár in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kornél Gáspár was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rafael Bencsik showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 76 minute of play. Ágoston Tököli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute, Rafael Bencsik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
