Norbert Sámuel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Koós in the 13th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona HU's goal looked a bit too open when Macit Başhekim came free, but Norbert Sámuel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Béla Irmai hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Gedeon Veres who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Enzo Tristan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Károly Selymes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Tristan having to interfere. Enzo Tristan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gedeon Veres in the 24th minute. When FC Barcelona HU's Gedeon Veres in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Norbert Sámuel went to the wrong direction when Árpád Benkô was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 41st minute of the match Árpád Benkô sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Norbert Sámuel skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sződligeti Vasutas's zone, Zsolt Erős stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enzo Tristan came out of the goal and Zsolt Erős tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Sződligeti Vasutas getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Erland Vikström hit a great ball. In the 47th match minute, FC Barcelona HU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zsolt Erős to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The supporters of Sződligeti Vasutas booed when FC Barcelona HU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vince Kun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Norbert Sámuel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Béla Irmai, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Erland Vikström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norbert Sámuel having to interfere. After 61 minutes, Macit Başhekim made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. FC Barcelona HU's Norbert Sámuel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Zsolt Erős recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Béla Irmai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Norbert Sámuel. FC Barcelona HU's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Béla Irmai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 69th minute, Károly Selymes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Barcelona HU fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. 74 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona HU's goal looked a bit too open when Macit Başhekim came free, but Norbert Sámuel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Macit Başhekim in the 75th minute of play forced FC Barcelona HU's goalkeeper Norbert Sámuel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albert Koós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norbert Sámuel having to interfere. In the 96th minute, János Boross made a precise shot to the right of Enzo Tristan. Sződligeti Vasutas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. The Sződligeti Vasutas players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented FC Barcelona HU from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
