The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ákos Fülöp during the 7th minute. The supporters of Csonkahegyhát SC booed when Tenk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Ronaldinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Csonkahegyhát SC's Róbert Asztalos shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 45th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Endre Bodor but with some difficulty.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jónás Mezei was the one to do the kick off.
