Csaba Virágh hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Aurél Juhász showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from György Hegedűs in the 5th minute of the match. In the 5th match minute, AS Mohács was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by János Sipos to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the match, György Hegedűs had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aurél Juhász. Nagyváradi AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that György Hegedűs was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Aurél Juhász showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Carvalho in the 10th minute of the match. Rodolfo Carvalho took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aurél Juhász. Aurél Juhász dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 13 minutes into the game, Brúnó Buzánszki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nagyváradi AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AS Mohács the free kick. The supporters of AS Mohács booed when Nagyváradi AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brúnó Buzánszki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aurél Juhász took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olivér Radnai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Attila Tokody made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Carvalho in the 17th minute of play forced Nagyváradi AC's goalkeeper Aurél Juhász to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Attila Tokody successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 19 played minutes AS Mohács got a freekick which was hit by Krisztián Döbrögi. László Solti took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Attila Tokody. AS Mohács's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When László Papp fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nagyváradi AC's protests and gave László Papp a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th match minute, Nagyváradi AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by László Papp to maneuver through the defense. Attila Tokody showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from László Solti in the 30th minute of the match. Aurél Juhász showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frigyes Tisza, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Nagyváradi AC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. A well done corner resulted in Gergely Bihari drilling the ball in to score 0-3 behind Nagyváradi AC's goalkeeper. 36 minutes into the match, Nagyváradi AC's goal looked a bit too open when Krisztián Döbrögi came free, but Aurél Juhász reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 37 played minutes AS Mohács got a freekick which was hit by János Sipos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Carvalho in the 40th minute of play forced Nagyváradi AC's goalkeeper Aurél Juhász to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of AS Mohács booed when Nagyváradi AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Tóth didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 played minutes AS Mohács got a freekick which was hit by Gergely Bihari. A hard shot 42 in the game by Olivér Radnai from a close distance when the talented Attila Tokody managed to make a qualified save. AS Mohács's players were relieved. Attila Tokody stood somewhat misplaced when Olivér Radnai came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 42 minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, László Solti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nagyváradi AC's supporters rose to their feet, but László Solti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Attila Tokody breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodolfo Carvalho was the one to do the kick off. Aurél Juhász made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when György Hegedűs sent off a good shot on target. Attila Tokody made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olivér Radnai in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute Frigyes Tisza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurél Juhász saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Attila Tokody took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olivér Radnai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Nagyváradi AC booed when AS Mohács was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krisztián Döbrögi didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Nagyváradi AC's Aurél Juhász got control of the ball when János Sipos tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Nagyváradi AC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AS Mohács were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
