Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Álmos Csáki started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Álmos Csáki in the 2nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Attila Tokody saved AS Mohács from getting behind. When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Álmos Csáki sped through AS Mohács's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Attila Tokody. Rapid's Antal Pádár played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frigyes Tisza in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Álmos Csáki in the 8th minute of play forced AS Mohács's goalkeeper Attila Tokody to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Álmos Csáki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Attila Tokody read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, AS Mohács's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Marton came free, but Attila Tokody reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, Gergely Bihari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Attila Tokody took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Álmos Csáki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Marton in the 15th minute of play forced AS Mohács's goalkeeper Attila Tokody to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Attila Tokody made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Álmos Csáki in the 17th minute of play. Rapid were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after AS Mohács's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Krisztián Sinkó took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Patrik Marton heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Rapid's Antal Pádár proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Rapid from getting a goal against them. If Álmos Csáki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Attila Tokody didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patrik Marton went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Marton in the 34th minute of play forced AS Mohács's goalkeeper Attila Tokody to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antal Pádár made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Frigyes Tisza sent off a good shot on target. In the 40thth minute of the game Rodolfo Carvalho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rapid's Antal Pádár was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 44th minute Rapid were awarded a corner. Krisztián Sinkó went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Rapid's corner Álmos Csáki fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Attila Tokody quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, Rapid's László Újvári got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half Rapid were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 51st minute, AS Mohács's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pál Sugár fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Antal Pádár showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konrad Saugman in the 55th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Rapid's goal looked a bit too open when Frigyes Tisza came free, but Antal Pádár reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th match minute, AS Mohács was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gergely Bihari to maneuver through the defense. After 59 minutes, Álmos Csáki made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. AS Mohács's Attila Tokody tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Álmos Csáki in the 62nd minute of play forced AS Mohács's goalkeeper Attila Tokody to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frigyes Tisza kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. A collision led to Rapid getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. László Újvári hit a great ball. János Sipos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Rapid's goalkeeper Antal Pádár, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ferenc Kásás sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Álmos Csáki in the 95th minute of play forced AS Mohács's goalkeeper Attila Tokody to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The AS Mohács supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rapid's performance. The match ended with a win for Rapid.
