Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, Patrik Škugor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Josipovac's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NK BALUG ZAGREB the free kick. After 5 played minutes NK BALUG ZAGREB got a freekick which was hit by Sven Garafulić. In the 7th minute, Augustin Martinis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Despot Radojčić was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Josipovac booed when NK BALUG ZAGREB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augustin Martinis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Gordan Pogorelić had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Krešo Opačak. NK BALUG ZAGREB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gordan Pogorelić was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Sven Garafulić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Despot Radojčić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Pero Kocijančić fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Josipovac's protests and gave Pero Kocijančić a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, Pero Kocijančić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Augustin Martinis sped through Josipovac's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Despot Radojčić. 31 minutes into the game, Josipovac's Pravdan Škrmeta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Krešo Opačak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Albert Kotarac struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Krešo Opačak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Josipovac.

The wind increased when Albert Kotarac made the kick off in the second half. Krešo Opačak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladislav Šoštarić, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Gordan Pogorelić notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of NK BALUG ZAGREB's Krešo Opačak. Krešo Opačak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of NK BALUG ZAGREB booed when Josipovac was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrik Škugor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Despot Radojčić was a little too slow when Branko Šimunić got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 3-3. Krešo Opačak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Kotarac, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 73 played minutes Josipovac got a freekick which was hit by Gordan Pogorelić. In the 79th minute, NK BALUG ZAGREB's Augustin Martinis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-4. In the 83rd minute Gordan Pogorelić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krešo Opačak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Josipovac booed when NK BALUG ZAGREB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Garafulić didn't get a good kick on the ball. Krešo Opačak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gordan Pogorelić in the 87th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Josipovac's Nediljko Palčić got a free kick in the 89th minute. NK BALUG ZAGREB's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
