Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Egon Pigac made the kick off which started today's match. Miodrag Mimica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugen Petrić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 8 minutes, Zdenko Jurjević managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Branjin Vrh's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zdenko Jurjević was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Branjin Vrh's Mile Šutej got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oliver Laterza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Ladislav Ivanišević made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugen Petrić in the 21st minute of play forced Branjin Vrh's goalkeeper Miodrag Mimica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mile Šutej's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ladislav Ivanišević read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Ladislav Ivanišević stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oliver Laterza's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Ladislav Ivanišević made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Laterza in the 34th minute of play. Srđan Pokrajac kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oliver Laterza got free with Ladislav Ivanišević in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41st minute, Oliver Laterza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mile Šutej sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 47 minutes of play, Branjin Vrh's Oliver Laterza made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ladislav Ivanišević was left in no man's land by his defense there! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Mile Šutej made the kick off in the second half. Ladislav Ivanišević took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Laterza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, NK Istra's goal looked a bit too open when Mile Šutej came free, but Ladislav Ivanišević reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miodrag Mimica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egon Pigac, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Oliver Laterza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. NK Istra's Ladislav Ivanišević played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Laterza in the 85th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Oliver Laterza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ladislav Ivanišević. NK Istra's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oliver Laterza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Ladislav Ivanišević came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Branjin Vrh's Oliver Laterza. But to his dismay, Oliver Laterza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Grga Škunca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Branjin Vrh's Mile Šutej in the 98th minute got a chance for a shot 98th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye NK Istra's goalie prevented a goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Branjin Vrh fully deserved thier win.
