Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rdth minute of the game Eugen Petrić who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ivanja Reka's Matija Bačurin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 21st minute, Grgur Vince reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ladislav Ivanišević. The goal made the score 1-0. Ivanja Reka's Ferdinand Haramina suffered a sore thigh after 25 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Srđan Pokrajac charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Srđan Pokrajac the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Srđan Pokrajac hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Matija Bačurin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Egon Pigac's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filip Halak made a kick off. But to his dismay, Filip Halak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Eugen Petrić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Matija Bačurin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Filip Halak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in NK Istra's zone, Mateo Beroš stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ladislav Ivanišević came out of the goal and Mateo Beroš tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eugen Petrić could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Matija Bačurin made a huge save. Andro Jadrešić's late challenge caught a Ivanja Reka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
