If Branimir Fadiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dubravko Eskić's late challenge caught a Jelisavac Dunav's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Ištvan Đugum managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kraljev Vrh's supporters rose to their feet, but Ištvan Đugum was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabrijel Dragojević breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Jelisavac Dunav fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Gabrijel Dragojević successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With his leg Gabrijel Dragojević managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Kraljev Vrh's Ištvan Đugum fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 44 minutes into the match, Jelisavac Dunav's goalkeeper Gabrijel Dragojević had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ištvan Đugum. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jelisavac Dunav's goalkeeper Gabrijel Dragojević, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

There was no doubt that Kraljev Vrh were the better team. Kraljev Vrh's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
