Toni Resman started the match with the kick off. Toni Resman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 16 played minutes Nedeljanec got a freekick which was hit by Miodrag Krnjak. Miomir Sutlović showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jura Brečak, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Jura Brečak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nedeljanec's Miomir Sutlović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jura Brečak in the 23rd minute of play. Miomir Sutlović showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jura Brečak, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. If Jura Brečak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jura Brečak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th minute Toni Resman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miomir Sutlović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Branko Čilić hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Mihovil Librić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dado Hincak hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute Miljenko Lovretić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mijat Ordanić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barun Juniors's defense didn't have a chance, in the 48th minute, when Mihovil Librić scored to the left of an out of position Mijat Ordanić, making the score, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miljenko Lovretić was the one to do the kick off. Alen Matoš kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Isak Fitz's late challenge caught a Barun Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isak Fitz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 60th match minute, Nedeljanec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isak Fitz to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Miljenko Lovretić's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mijat Ordanić was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Barun Juniors's Dado Hincak got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute, Mihovil Librić made a precise shot to the right of Mijat Ordanić. Barun Juniors's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Mijat Ordanić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miljenko Lovretić in the 70th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Barun Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Miodrag Krnjak came free, but Mijat Ordanić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 78 minutes, Mihovil Librić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nedeljanec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mihovil Librić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mijat Ordanić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miljenko Lovretić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mihovil Librić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute, Toni Resman fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Miomir Sutlović, passed just outside the right post. After a rather tough play, Nedeljanec's Miodrag Krnjak got a free kick in the 88th minute. Mihovil Librić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nedeljanec were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Barun Juniors for a fine match.
