Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Zaprešić's Tonko Đurković proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Zaprešić from getting a goal against them. If Ilko Danon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vlaho Markulj got free with Tonko Đurković in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Vrbanja Olimpija's Ilko Danon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tonko Đurković. That made the score 1-0 after 11 minutes of play. Ilko Danon's late challenge caught a Zaprešić's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ilko Danon helped the player get up and apologised. After 13 played minutes Vrbanja Olimpija got a freekick which was hit by Ilko Danon. If Marijan Gracin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 27th minute, Ibrica Dijanić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marijan Gracin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Vlatko Šišić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomo Gobac struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Vlatko Šišić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zaprešić. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Ilko Danon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vrbanja Olimpija's supporters rose to their feet, but Ilko Danon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tonko Đurković breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ilko Danon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vlaho Markulj took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tonko Đurković. Tonko Đurković dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. If Vlaho Markulj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 48 minutes into the match, Zaprešić's goal looked a bit too open when Ilko Danon came free, but Tonko Đurković reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomo Gobac stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vlaho Markulj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Tonko Đurković tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Zaprešić's zone, Vlaho Markulj stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tonko Đurković came out of the goal and Vlaho Markulj tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Gustav Vejić came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Zaprešić fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustav Vejić couldn't finish the play. Ilko Danon scored 3-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tonko Đurković, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vlaho Markulj in the 76th minute of play forced Zaprešić's goalkeeper Tonko Đurković to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tonko Đurković showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilko Danon in the 77th minute of the match. In the 79th match minute, Zaprešić was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustav Vejić to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the game, Marijan Gracin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zaprešić's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vrbanja Olimpija the free kick. In the 80th match minute, Zaprešić was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marijan Gracin to maneuver through the defense. Ilko Danon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tonko Đurković having to interfere. Tonko Đurković made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vlaho Markulj in the 86th minute of play. After 88 minutes, Ibrica Dijanić mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vrbanja Olimpija and the Zaprešić players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th match minute, Vrbanja Olimpija was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ibrica Dijanić to maneuver through the defense. Vlaho Markulj recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Vrbanja Olimpija had won after a very even match.
