Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Radoslav Njegoš made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Pakrac Mladost's zone, Damjan Botiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sandi Lujanac came out of the goal and Damjan Botiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Pakrac Mladost getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Izidor Karamatić hit a great ball. In the 17th minute Radoslav Njegoš shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vedran Bregeš saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jure Katačić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Pakrac Mladost booed when Ivanovec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klement Krstinić didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivanovec's Vedran Bregeš played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernest Fertalj in the 23rd minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Ivanovec's goal looked a bit too open when Ernest Fertalj came free, but Vedran Bregeš reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Radoslav Njegoš got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Ivanovec's Damjan Botiva slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sandi Lujanac. That made the score 1-0 after 38 minutes of play. Radoslav Njegoš sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
With a little luck, Ivanovec's Vedran Bregeš got control of the ball when Ernest Fertalj tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Borko Pavelin fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ivanovec's protests and gave Borko Pavelin a yellow card for diving instead. Ernest Fertalj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Vedran Bregeš tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vedran Bregeš made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Ernest Fertalj sent off a good shot on target. In the 92ndth minute of the game Radoslav Njegoš who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ivanovec's Vedran Bregeš was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ernest Fertalj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vedran Bregeš having to interfere. Ivanovec's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
