Thanks to some nice moves Toma Hemula could shoot a difficult shot in the 4th minute, which Božo Kolić however easily saved by the left post. Toma Hemula fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Božo Kolić having to interfere. The supporters of Tisno OŠK booed when Varaždinske Toplice Zrinski was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jurica Mirković didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zlatko Zauner was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 11th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Juraj Orešić hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. A collision led to Varaždinske Toplice Zrinski getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Juraj Orešić hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Ač in the 26th minute of play forced Varaždinske Toplice Zrinski's goalkeeper Božo Kolić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 28th minute by Toma Hemula got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Božo Kolić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Ač in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th match minute, Tisno OŠK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nenad Feletar to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th match minute, Tisno OŠK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Krunoslav Talaja to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 44 minutes, Toma Hemula managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tisno OŠK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Toma Hemula was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albert Ač stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Toma Hemula's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Božo Kolić was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Branislav Samuda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomica Drušković in the 62nd minute of play. Mate Samardžić struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Branislav Samuda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Varaždinske Toplice Zrinski. Tomica Drušković sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Varaždinske Toplice Zrinski's Mate Samardžić in 67 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Branislav Samuda guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 68th minute, Trpimir Sertić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Trpimir Sertić struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Božo Kolić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tisno OŠK. Božo Kolić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Ač, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Varaždinske Toplice Zrinski's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mate Samardžić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Tisno OŠK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Varaždinske Toplice Zrinski's performance. The match ended with a win for Varaždinske Toplice Zrinski.
