Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Boris Hržić kicked off to start the match. Sagastrigo's Matej Rauk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stipe Karačić in the 5th minute of play. Damjan Šijanski's late challenge caught a Sagastrigo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Damjan Šijanski helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Sagastrigo booed when Viškovo Olimpija was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damjan Šijanski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jadran Smolec struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Matej Rauk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Viškovo Olimpija. After having played for 13 minutes, Roko Glavočić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sagastrigo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roko Glavočić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15thth minute of the game Viorel Drăucean who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Viškovo Olimpija's Dragan Šalov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 16th minute Branimir Štorga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragan Šalov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18thth minute of the game Viorel Drăucean who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Viškovo Olimpija's Dragan Šalov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sagastrigo's Matej Rauk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Sagastrigo from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Matej Rauk successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Matej Rauk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rikard Rojs in the 22nd minute. Jadran Smolec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matej Rauk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rikard Rojs went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Sagastrigo getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Viorel Drăucean hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Rikard Rojs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute, Leo Ivčić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dragan Šalov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Branimir Štorga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Sagastrigo's zone, Boris Hržić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matej Rauk came out of the goal and Boris Hržić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gašpar Brdar hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Sagastrigo's Matej Rauk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Sagastrigo from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Boris Hržić in the 54th minute of play forced Sagastrigo's goalkeeper Matej Rauk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute Boris Hržić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matej Rauk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Branimir Štorga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Dragan Šalov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jadran Smolec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viorel Drăucean in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dragan Šalov saved Viškovo Olimpija from getting behind. 75 minutes into the match, Viškovo Olimpija's goal looked a bit too open when Branimir Štorga came free, but Dragan Šalov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matej Rauk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jadran Smolec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Branimir Štorga came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Sagastrigo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Branimir Štorga couldn't finish the play. Jadran Smolec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matej Rauk having to interfere. Boris Hržić's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matej Rauk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. With a little luck, Viškovo Olimpija's Dragan Šalov got control of the ball when Viorel Drăucean tried to sneak it across the goal line.
