Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) FC Podhum's Patrik Cvitanović started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute, Tomo Filković got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomo Filković recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13th minute, Patrik Cvitanović ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leopold Mazić was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. When Klement Jakominić fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Podhum's protests and gave Klement Jakominić a yellow card for diving instead. After 17 played minutes FC Podhum got a freekick which was hit by Klement Jakominić. Predrag Petrinović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Podhum's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Predrag Petrinović was slow to take the kick. During this time Opuzen's players had a chance to rest. A very nice done corner allowed Jadranko Tišma to score against Snješko Festini in FC Podhum's goal. 1-1 after 22 minutes. Opuzen's Želimir Sirotić got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leopold Mazić stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patrik Cvitanović's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Opuzen's Antonio Sabolić got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute Patrik Cvitanović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopold Mazić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ninoslav Iveković was extremely unlucky when he, in the 48th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Antonio Sabolić made the kick off in the second half. Snješko Festini made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Želimir Sirotić sent off a good shot on target. Leopold Mazić didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Patrik Cvitanović went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Leopold Mazić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Cvitanović in the 57th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Opuzen's zone, Tomo Filković stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leopold Mazić came out of the goal and Tomo Filković tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leopold Mazić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Cvitanović in the 62nd minute of the match. When Želimir Sirotić fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Opuzen's protests and gave Želimir Sirotić a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd minute, Želimir Sirotić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomo Filković took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leopold Mazić. Leopold Mazić dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. After having played for 76 minutes, Patrik Cvitanović managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Podhum's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrik Cvitanović was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patrik Cvitanović's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leopold Mazić read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Opuzen's zone, Bojan Božić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leopold Mazić came out of the goal and Bojan Božić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patrik Cvitanović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patrik Cvitanović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopold Mazić having to interfere. Leopold Mazić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Cvitanović in the 92nd minute of the match. FC Podhum walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
