In the 5thth minute of the game Jakša Gašpert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HRVATSKI DRAGOVOLJAC's Zoran Kaleb was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mate Delale kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Jan Pigac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Branko Mijatović hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. If Branko Mijatović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Berislav Vujičić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Branko Mijatović in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd match minute, ZP grey wolves was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vice Dmitrović to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute Sandi Živko suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 29 minutes into the game, Benjamin Vukelić was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. HRVATSKI DRAGOVOLJAC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ZP grey wolves the free kick. Benjamin Vukelić kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Jan Pigac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Zoran Kaleb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd match minute, HRVATSKI DRAGOVOLJAC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Vukelić to maneuver through the defense. Jan Pigac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zoran Kaleb having to interfere. Jan Pigacs short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Zoran Kaleb to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jan Pigac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jan Pigac's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zoran Kaleb read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan Pigac to make the kick off. Zoran Kaleb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Pigac in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Njegoš Martinis in the 60th minute of play forced HRVATSKI DRAGOVOLJAC's goalkeeper Zoran Kaleb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Branko Mijatović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute, HRVATSKI DRAGOVOLJAC's Njegoš Dominković ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Berislav Vujičić. Berislav Vujičić yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. If Branko Mijatović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan Pigac struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Zoran Kaleb didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ZP grey wolves. Zoran Kaleb showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Pigac in the 74th minute of the match. After 74 played minutes HRVATSKI DRAGOVOLJAC got a freekick which was hit by Mate Delale. ZP grey wolves's Jan Pigac got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vice Dmitrović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jan Pigac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zoran Kaleb having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Jan Pigac's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zoran Kaleb was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. In the 84th minute, Berislav Mužić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Oton Mužanović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
