In the 15th minute of the match, Mikolaj Gdowik tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Višeslav Berend saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With an all-out effort, NK Crni Tigrovi's Višeslav Berend threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mikolaj Gdowik, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 17 minutes, Bernardino Gonsalvo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the NK Crni Tigrovi and the Povratnici players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andrej Palković made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mikolaj Gdowik in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Višeslav Berend prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nikša Frankola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of NK Crni Tigrovi booed when Povratnici was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduard Turčin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fran Davidović was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 65 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute, one of Povratnici:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Povratnici. Višeslav Berend had in the 66thth minute some difficulties stopping Mikolaj Gdowik's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Višeslav Berend made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikša Frankola in the 74th minute of play. Povratnici's Višeslav Berend played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikolaj Gdowik in the 76th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Mikolaj Gdowik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Višeslav Berend was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. 78 minutes into the match, Povratnici's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Gonsalvo came free, but Višeslav Berend reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
