Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Calvin Vandenbussche kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sidney Bertout in the 4th minute of play forced Villaret's goalkeeper Anthony Gross to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gabriel Deloffre during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 9 minutes into the match, Cergy's Sidney Bertout sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anthony Gross narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sidney Bertout struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Anthony Gross didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cergy. If Florent Lamalle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Villaret's Remi Phelippeau threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jose Lamouroux, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jose Lamouroux sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th match minute, Villaret was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Regis Bouty to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Cergy's Raoul Laurans tried to score from far away in the 26th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Damien Lengagne might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Remi Phelippeau. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damien Lengagne ran back to his position shaking his head. Sidney Bertout fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anthony Gross having to interfere. A collision led to Villaret getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Gabriel Deloffre hit a great ball. Anthony Gross showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calvin Vandenbussche in the 43rd minute of the match. Remi Phelippeau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Lamouroux, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Jose Lamouroux made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Villaret's Jose Lamouroux made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remi Phelippeau was left in no man's land by his defense there! Damien Lengagne struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Remi Phelippeau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villaret. Corentin Moutama's late challenge caught a Villaret's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Corentin Moutama helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd minute, Corentin Moutama hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damien Lengagne blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Remi Phelippeau having to make a save. After having played for 75 minutes, Jose Lamouroux managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villaret's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jose Lamouroux was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Cergy's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Deloffre came free, but Remi Phelippeau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jose Lamouroux in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remi Phelippeau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anthony Gross made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Sidney Bertout sent off a good shot on target. If Jose Lamouroux had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Villaret's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
