In the 14th minute of the match, Ilan Jacquier tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rodolphe Bordeau saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Xavier Carbon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olivier Baudu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Danny Lemière received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Robin Rousselin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olivier Baudu in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robin Rousselin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 48th minute Olivier Baudu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Rousselin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Olivier Baudu made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Eric Colomer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lattes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bapeaume the free kick. After a rather tough play, Lattes's Eric Colomer got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 55 minutes into the match, Lattes's goal looked a bit too open when Olivier Baudu came free, but Robin Rousselin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodolphe Bordeau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilan Jacquier, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 87th minute Xavier Carbon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolphe Bordeau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robin Rousselin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olivier Baudu in the 91st minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Bapeaume's goal looked a bit too open when Ilan Jacquier came free, but Rodolphe Bordeau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mathys Taillandier fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bapeaume's protests and gave Mathys Taillandier a yellow card for diving instead. Mathys Taillandier kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The Bapeaume players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
