In the 3rd minute, Gwendal Bros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eric Guilloton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 8 minutes into the match, Annonciade's Mohamed Baby sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sylvain Klein narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Charly Desbordes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Demagny, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Charly Desbordes made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Matthieu Ney sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Annonciade booed when Lèque was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dilan Rouvrais didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute Carl Demagny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charly Desbordes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eric Guilloton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lèque! The referee gave Annonciade a penalty, 29 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Felicien Gally, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lèque's Sylvain Klein. 0-1. Annonciade's Charly Desbordes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Annonciade from getting a goal against them. 37 minutes into the match, Lèque's goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Baby came free, but Sylvain Klein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the game, Lèque's Matthieu Ney nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Charly Desbordes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The supporters of Lèque booed when Annonciade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geoffroy Loussouarn didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute, one of Annonciade:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Annonciade. Charly Desbordes came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Lèque's Ronan Sagna. But to his dismay, Ronan Sagna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mohamed Baby stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Erwin Ramirez hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Geoffroy Loussouarn's late challenge caught a Lèque's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geoffroy Loussouarn helped the player get up and apologised. Sylvain Klein stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mohamed Baby's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthieu Ney in the 60th minute of play forced Annonciade's goalkeeper Charly Desbordes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Felicien Gally fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Annonciade's protests and gave Felicien Gally a yellow card for diving instead. Felicien Gally hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, Matthieu Ney notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Annonciade's Charly Desbordes. Charly Desbordes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sylvain Klein made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eric Guilloton in the 85th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernand Manchon got free with Sylvain Klein in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Karl Berlioz kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. When Fernand Manchon fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Annonciade's protests and gave Fernand Manchon a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th minute, Mohamed Baby got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Lèque fans cheered their team off the field, for while Annonciade had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
