Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Jean-Marc Guillemot started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Alix Fleurot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexandre Sire read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alix Fleurot in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexandre Sire prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stanislas Maquin kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Ramzi Guigues didn't quite understand what happened when in the 13 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Jean-Marc Guillemot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Drancy's supporters rose to their feet, but Jean-Marc Guillemot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre Sire breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Alix Fleurot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, Jean-Marc Guillemot notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Houplin's Alexandre Sire. Alexandre Sire was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alexandre Sire came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Drancy's Alix Fleurot. But to his dismay, Alix Fleurot quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 27 played minutes Drancy got a freekick which was hit by Francis Guinand. In the 29thth minute of the game Yvan Bernabe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Drancy's Auguste Bardin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 31 minutes, Edgard Pery mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Drancy and the Houplin players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Houplin booed when Drancy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Pery didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yvan Bernabe in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Auguste Bardin saved Drancy from getting behind. Alexandre Sire showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Marc Guillemot in the 37th minute of the match. Yvan Bernabe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
Alix Fleurot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Alexandre Sire made a huge save. Alix Fleurot struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Alexandre Sire didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Drancy. After 61 minutes, Roger Brachet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Houplin and the Drancy players grew even worse after the yellow card. Roger Brachet hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The supporters of Drancy booed when Houplin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romaric Rolin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexandre Sire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean-Marc Guillemot in the 65th minute of play. Alix Fleurot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Alexandre Sire made a huge save. Drancy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ramzi Guigues in the 73rd minute. Ramzi Guigues made a great header on Drancy's corner, it was just that Houplin's Alexandre Sire managed to reach the ball for a save. After 75 minutes of play, Houplin's Yvan Bernabe made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Auguste Bardin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Yvan Bernabe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bob Porcheron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Houplin's Yvan Bernabe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Auguste Bardin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Romaric Rolin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yvan Bernabe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Auguste Bardin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Houplin manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Drancy to win.
