In the 19th minute Yannick Diard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Debonne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Philippe Hainaut sped through Montesson's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joaquim Debonne. In the 28th minute, Bertrand Gaudefroy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Philippe Hainaut's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquim Debonne was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Bertrand Gaudefroy kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Philippe Hainaut struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Joaquim Debonne didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mesinges. Joaquim Debonne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yannick Diard, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute Philippe Hainaut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Debonne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yannick Diard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Yannick Diard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paul-Émile Le Guennec blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gregory Pauvert having to make a save.

Nicolas Lesne hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Montesson's zone, Yannick Diard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquim Debonne came out of the goal and Yannick Diard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Noé Marchal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregory Pauvert having to interfere. Philippe Hainaut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Joaquim Debonne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th match minute, Montesson was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Piquard to maneuver through the defense. Philippe Hainaut could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Joaquim Debonne made a huge save. Montesson's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Yannick Diard 70 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. 74 minutes into the match, Mesinges's Yannick Diard sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquim Debonne narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Philippe Hainaut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yannick Diard was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 79th minute. Mesinges's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 84th match minute, Montesson was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Lesne to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute, Bertrand Gaudefroy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Mesinges's Romeo Valentini tried to score from far away in the 87th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Noé Marchal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicolas Lesne hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Philippe Hainaut sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
