Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Noel Cayet in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edouard Ettori prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes into the game, Lucas Evano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Eguilles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grenay the free kick. 30 minutes into the game, one of Eguilles:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Edouard Ettori, was totally fooled by Grenay's Roman Garin, who 32 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Philippe Jegouzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marvin Baril, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute.
