The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes, Luka Oudot mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tignet and the Chabossière players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd match minute, Tignet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luka Oudot to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Harold Col managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chabossière's supporters rose to their feet, but Harold Col was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aime Chaillet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 7th minute, Corentin Boussemart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Augustin Guichon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tignet's Aime Chaillet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harold Col in the 12th minute of play. Augustin Guichon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luka Lechevallier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salomon Rochet kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. The supporters of Chabossière booed when Tignet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noe Brel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Noe Brel fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, Chabossière's Harold Col sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aime Chaillet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noe Brel in the 41st minute of play forced Chabossière's goalkeeper Arnold Catillon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barthelemy Templier kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 46th minute of the match Felicien Fix sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aime Chaillet skillfully saved the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Noe Brel to strike the kick off in the second half. Alix Bourdet's late challenge caught a Tignet's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alix Bourdet helped the player get up and apologised. 59 minutes into the game, one of Chabossière:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Salomon Rochet hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Benon during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 62 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Chabossière! The referee gave Tignet a penalty, 64 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aurelien Schatz, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chabossière's Arnold Catillon. 1-0. Tignet's Aime Chaillet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harold Col in the 72nd minute of play. With a little luck, Tignet's Aime Chaillet got control of the ball when Augustin Guichon tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Noe Brel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chabossière's goalkeeper Arnold Catillon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arnold Catillon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luka Lechevallier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Chabossière booed when Tignet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelien Schatz didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harold Col in the 89th minute of play forced Tignet's goalkeeper Aime Chaillet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augustin Guichon might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aime Chaillet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Augustin Guichon ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Noe Brel in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnold Catillon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arnold Catillon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noe Brel in the 95th minute of the match. Aime Chaillet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harold Col in the 97th minute of play. If Harold Col had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chabossière's Harold Col got a good chance for a goal in the 100th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chabossière's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
