Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ewan Cornic made the kick off which started today's match. Eric Desormeaux made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ewan Cornic in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Peypin's Harry Ramel got a free kick in the 5th minute. After a rather tough play, Roeulx's Walter Renouf got a free kick in the 10th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ewan Cornic in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eric Desormeaux prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ewan Cornic recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Peypin's zone, Walter Renouf stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eric Desormeaux came out of the goal and Walter Renouf tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Walter Renouf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peypin's Eric Desormeaux played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ewan Cornic in the 26th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Peypin's Harry Ramel got a free kick in the 29th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Roeulx's zone, Ulysse Magaud stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samy Moussier came out of the goal and Ulysse Magaud tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jean Genty fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samy Moussier having to interfere. During the 37th minute of the match Harry Ramel completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Harry Ramel a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 42 minutes, Stanislas Donnart mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Peypin and the Roeulx players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Peypin fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! After 47 played minutes Roeulx got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Pascal Buche. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Samy Moussier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulysse Magaud in the 52nd minute of the match. Peypin's Eric Desormeaux played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ewan Cornic in the 54th minute of play. Walter Renouf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Eric Desormeaux tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ulysse Magaud came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Peypin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulysse Magaud couldn't finish the play. If Bruno Guerry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Samy Moussier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean Genty in the 63rd minute of the match. Walter Renouf who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Eric Desormeaux when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 71 minutes into the game, Jean-Pascal Buche was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Roeulx's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peypin the free kick. A collision led to Roeulx getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Jean-Pascal Buche hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Peypin's Titouan Valois got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Ewan Cornic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Eric Desormeaux tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Peypin getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Matheo Cordon hit a great ball. Eric Desormeaux made an important save on a dangerous shot by Walter Renouf in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ewan Cornic in the 93rd minute of play forced Peypin's goalkeeper Eric Desormeaux to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walter Renouf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Desormeaux having to interfere. Roeulx's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
